The following are just some of the issues that the HOA board dealt with this past year with the HOA dues and the remaining special assessment from 2018.
• Purchased $1124 worth of RFID stickers for the gate, made $2070 worth of gate repairs.
• Replaced the entire wooden fence on sooner road for the cost of $16,141.57.
• Repaired 2 sections of roads at the cost of $10,375. One more section to be replaced in the spring, which should cost around $5000.
• A new water meter was installed at the gate for the sprinkler system. Were using Belmar Golf but we were asked to start using our own, which we did not have at the time. The cost for the meter and new water line was $1273.95.
